TE WHARE TAPAWHA

 TE WHARE TAPAWHA

TAHA WAIRUA

Taha Wairua in class we have one student lead the

class in prayer, then we sing an appropriate song to finish off.

TAHA HINENGARO

Taha Hinengaro is all about having fun, being sad,

being angry, and how we get past this with a bit of a

lot of help from friends, teachers, and whoever is.

TAHA WHANAU

Taha Whanau is my favorite one out of all of the Tapa Wha models. When you are cared for and they are always there to help you when you fall,  make mistakes, or the wrong decisions. Someone in my family or cousins step up to help till they are satisfied you can carry on.

TAHA TINANA

We have an exercise in our class or outside every day.

Our Te Whare Tapa Wha

 TE WHARE TAPA WHA

TAHA TINANA is the physical wellbeing of a person when in or out of class we have an exercise movement of the whole body, whether we are walking or running and playing.

TAHA HINENGARO is building your self-confidence from

teachers to students in whether it would be speaking or saying a few

words and be contributing to the good cause of school maintenance.

TAHA WHANAU is with your family and friends where you have

a great time together where ever you may be. Building those relationships

that may last forever until we go. onand onand on etc.

TAHA WAIRUA Is the spiritual where the acknowledgment of the

one and only creator to some. When room 1 class starts and ends the day

we start off with a karakia only those who participate in and sing a hymn or

song. So I have asked the students what does church means to you, so

when they answer I see the confidence in sharing. It is encouraging

observing them and seeing it at work in them
